Meet the author

Hi! I'm Clare, welcome to my blog! I'm new to this so bear with me, it will probably be a bit of a mess. 

 

My main passion in life is sustainability and pushing myself to work towards a zero waste lifestyle. Over the past few years I have made numerous swaps in my kitchen, bathroom, shopping habits, etc., that propel me further towards that goal. I have shared a few of these changes on my social media and with my close friends, but I realized I wanted to write more in depth and hopefully reach a broader audience with my words.

I graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Policy in June of 2020, mid pandemic. I struggled to find a job where I could pursue my passion in a never ending cycle of applications and rejections. In my pursuit for the perfect job I settled in customer service with what is hopefully the perfect company. In my day to day, answering calls and emails, one after another, I realized I missed writing. One of very few things I miss from being a college student is the chance to put words down on paper and have an impact with my peers. Heres to hoping this is my second chance to have that impact.
